We strive to keep all products in stock and ready to dispatch. However, availability cannot be guaranteed. Listings on our website do not constitute a formal offer of sale. If your chosen item is unavailable, we’ll contact you with suitable alternatives or upgrade options.
For most Mainland UK addresses, delivery takes 1–3 working days from dispatch.
If you’re based in the Scottish Highlands, remote areas, or BT postcodes, please contact us before placing your order to confirm whether delivery is possible. We’ll also be happy to provide an estimated delivery date based on your location.

Delivery dates are estimates only. We strongly recommend waiting for your order to arrive before scheduling installation work, as we cannot be held liable for delays or missed appointments.
All deliveries are kerbside. This means your order will be unloaded as close as possible to your property’s entrance—typically the driveway or roadside.
Customers are responsible for moving the goods to a secure or suitable location. While some drivers may assist, this is entirely at their discretion and not part of the agreed service.
We will pass along any delivery notes (e.g., “leave behind side gate”) to the courier, but we cannot guarantee that they will be followed.
